Atlas Copco’s latest membrane and PSA generators extend the advantages of the current range. Total lifecycle cost consists of the initial investment cost of the on-site installation, the service cost, and the energy cost. The NGP/NGM range has the lowest investment cost. However, with increasing running time, you are better advised to switch to the NGP+/NGM+ range to reduce energy costs,The generator separates air into component gases by passing inexpensive compressed air through semipermeable membranes consisting of bundles of individual hollow fibers. Each fiber has a perfectly circular cross-section and a uniform bore through its center. Because the fibers are so small, a large amount of fibers can be packed into a limited space, providing an extremely large membrane surface area that can produce a relatively high volume product stream.All nitrogen skid components are built to Atlas Copco quality and efficiency standards. They are tested for optimal performance and reliability.

Customer is using 8KW Laser Cutting Machine which is 1st Machine in Karnataka. They Require Nitrogen for the Laser Cutting, Planning to use Nitrogen Cylinders for the process. Customer is worried about the transportation of nitrogen to the site & on time requirment. How to make a solution to get rid of these Transportation worries & On time requirment ?
WHAT WE DID
Airprax Pneumatics LLP team reached the customer site with a best solution for their Nitrogen . Atlas Copco has latest membrane and PSA generators extend the advantages of the current range. Total lifecycle cost consists of the initial investment cost of the on-site installation, the service cost, and the energy cost. We suggested instead of taking Nitrogen Cylinders which really makes a wait for the customer in terms of time & production. On site Nitrogen Plant which generates Nitrogen & connected to Laser machine in which the flow will be continuous & there will be saving of time & money for the transportation. Customer is happy for the solution . Total Setup of plant which consist of Air Compressor ,Air Dryer, Suitable Filters , Air Receivers & Aluminium Piping also done from Nitrogen Ssytem to the application. we took the project with high enthusiasm & completed successfully.
RESULT
Customer was ready to invest in Nitrogen Cylinders which will be high investing on average of 10 years, However with our On site Nitrogen Plant he can get back the invested amount on plant within 19 Months(ROI in 19 Months) Customer was so impressive with work Flow of project.
